Request for Cancellation of Fixed Penalty Notices
The Cyber Crime and Inter Drug Investigation Unit is the only authorised body that are able to cancel Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN). Applications for the Request for Cancellation of Fixed Penalty Notices will be judged on technical issues regarding the issuing of the Fixed Penalty Notice and NOT on any Legal Issues. The latter will be dealt with in the Magistrates’ court.
